A framework for analysis and bench-marking of heterogeneous datasets: A grassland example.

We are developing an experimental design to measure land properties and exchanges with the atmosphere at high spatio-temporal resolution, to generate standardized datasets that can be used in our platform for visualization and bench-marking. Here, we present an example of a datasets collected in a grassland near Chicago in 2020 of soil moisture, temperature and respiration, fitted to the Dual-Arrhenius Michaelis-Menten model. In the visualization you can see the soil moisture, temperature and respiration in a hectare of a seemingly homogeneous grassland over time:.
